The newsletter is called "Spectrum Update".  It endeavors to report on all significant activities and projects of UDC.  It is an occasional publication at the present time, since there are so many bulletins for the specific events.  The goal is to have "Spectrum Update" be updated at least  quarterly.  Other announcements are also welcome.
